Sujoy Ghosh to reunite with Vidya Balan for ‘Kahaani 3’

Sujoy Ghosh is set to revive his ‘Kahaani’ franchise, with reports suggesting that he has finalised the script for ‘Kahaani 3’.
According to sources, the production team has approached original cast members, including Parambrata Chatterjee, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Saswata Chatterjee, with the aim of bringing them back for the next instalment.

There are also plans to reunite Vidya Balan with Ghosh for the thriller. Reports indicate that she is eager to return to his set following the success of ‘Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh’ (2016). If all goes according to plan, ‘Kahaani 3’ will commence production early next year and is expected to hit cinemas in 2027.
