Subhash Ghai has confirmed that he will be producing a movie called ‘Ishq De Maare’ under his Mukta Arts banner starring Dharmendra, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol.
The Deols, who are currently shooting for ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana 2’ (2013) in the UK, will start work on ‘Ishq De Maare’ next summer. Ghai confirmed, “We will start the shoot by April or May next year, after six months of pre-production. I won’t be directing it, but we will announce the director’s name soon.”
The film will be written by Neeraj Pathak – who wrote the successful ‘Apne’ (2007). Ghai added, “We have a wonderful connect with the Deol family. Whenever I meet them, I feel like I am back at my home amidst a Punjabi family and we end up speaking only in Punjabi. They instantly liked the script.”
Ghai announced earlier this month that he will be directing ‘Kaanchi’. He said, “It’s a love story between a pahadi girl and boy and how they turn into rebels leading to a lot of drama. After a long time, I have got such a good script. Now only one person can spoil it, and that’s me,” he adds with a laugh. “But I can assure you that I will put in my best because I need a blockbuster now. With this film, I will launch a new boy and a girl.”
He has also launched ‘Apne Sapna Money Money 2’, which will go on the floors next year.
