‘Student of the Year 2’ not shelved

As there is a delay in the commencement of ‘Student of the Year 2′, it seems reports had suggested that the project had been put on the backburner or shelved. However, it seems the film, which has Tiger Shroff as male lead, is very much still on.

Dharma Productions’ CEO Apoorva Mehta confirmed the forthcoming releases, according to Bollywood Life, “Apart from Sushant Singh Rajput and Jacqueline Fernandez’s Drive, we also have Student of the Year 2, which is being directed by Puneet Malhotra and stars Tiger Shroff. We will be launching some new girls”.

One can hope that the casting for the sequel is confirmed soon after months of speculation about the leading ladies.
