‘Stree’ sequel to go on the floors in 2020?

After the success of ‘Stree’ last year, makers are reportedly rushing to work on the sequel, which is likely to star original leads, Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha apoor.

The horror-comedy, proved a hit at the box office and now it seems that the makers are keen to cash-in on the film’s success. Reports suggest that the film’s sequel could be going on the floors next year. The sequel is currently in scripting stages.

A source was cited in PinkVilla saying, “It will happen next year. We are working on the script. There are few ideas for Stree 2. The expectations are high, so the team wants to give their best shot as we are not in a hurry to make it.”
