Stingray acquires audio streaming platform, TuneIn
Canadian media group Stingray has announced the acquisition of global audio streaming platform TuneIn in a deal worth up to US$175 million. The agreement includes an initial payment of US$150 million, with a further US$25 million due within twelve months.

TuneIn, which reaches more than 75 million monthly listeners across 100,000 radio stations and podcasts, is forecast to generate US$110 million in revenue this year.
