Stars turn out for Deepika Padukone’s ‘Padmavati’ party

Seems like the celebrations for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’ may have started early. Leading lady of the film Deepika Padukone threw an impromptu party to celebrate the initial response the film’s look, the trailer and her portrayal have received.

Padukone, who has been receiving accolades for the song ‘Ghoomar’ where she has managed an incredible feat in both her look and dancing skills, was in the mood to celebrate and thank her colleagues for their support. The talented actress threw a party which saw the who’s who of Bollywood turning up, as reported by DNA India.

The illustrious guest-list included Shah Rukh Khan and wife Gauri Khan, alleged boyfriend and co-star Ranveer Singh, Manish Malhotra, Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonakshi Sinha and Kriti Sanon to name a few.

Alongside the established, the future stars were also present with Jhanvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Ishaan Khatter, who represented brother and ‘Padmavati’ co-star Shahid Kapoor. Social media was alight with all the guests posting pictures and tweeting about the fun time they had.
