Star UK to bring Gautam Rode to UK in September
In its continued efforts to bring viewers closer to their favourite stars, Star TV UK will be bringing ‘SaraswatiChandra’ actor Gautam Rode to the UK in September, BizAsia can confirm.
The actor, who plays Saras in the hit romantic show, produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, is expected to be here for the broadcaster’s regular three-day ‘Meet and Greet’ event. While dates are currently being worked out, Rode has already confirmed to our sources that he will be in the UK.
The ‘Meet and Greet’ will be opened to fans who will be required to register prior to meet sessions in London, Birmingham and Leicester. Star TV UK will announce dates and details of how viewers can register in the coming days.
Recently, Star TV also brought popular actors Kushal Tandon and Nia Sharma from ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ to the UK, which proved a huge success.
Star TV was expected to hold its annual Star Parivaar Live in London in September, however BizAsia understands that the event has now been postponed until February-March next year.
