Star TV unveils branding of Life OK’s replacement, Star Bharat

Star TV has officially unveiled the branding of Star Bharat, the new channel that will replace Life OK.

As revealed first on BizAsiaLive.com , Life OK will face the axe this month, to make way for Star Bharat. The channel was expected to launch on Tuesday 15th August to coincide with India’s 70th Independence Day but it now seems the changes take place at the end of this month.

Star Bharat will be the network’s second entertainment channel, with a huge investment being put into the channel for high-end programming. The Star Bharat logo cleverly denotes the colours of the India flag, to give it the patriotic and emotional attachment.
