Star Plus to replace ‘Radhakrishn’ with ‘Shree Ganesh’ in June

Star Plus has confirmed that it will be replacing ‘Radhakrishn’ with ‘Shree Ganesh’, starting from Tuesday 2nd June.

The popular mythological, produced by Zuby Kochhar and directed by Dheeraj Kumar, aired back in 2000. It stars Jagesh Mukati as Lord Ganesha and Sunil Sharma, who plays Lord Shiva and Gayatri Jayaraman essays the role of goddess Parvati.

The channel’s lockdown schedule has predominantly be dominated by mythological shows ‘Ramayan’, ‘Mahbharat’, ‘Radhakrishn’ and now ‘Shree Ganesh’. It is hoping that lockdown measures are eased over the next few weeks, there will be some reprieve for filming original episodes of its regular shows.

‘Shree Ganesh’ will air at 18:30 (India) and 19:00 (UK) from Tuesday 2nd June.
