STAR Plus to premiere “Rann” & “Paa” in March

Whilst many TV channels are syndicating movie titles with each other, STAR Plus has decided to exclusively telecast two Big B mega movies in March.

The channel will be screening the critically acclaimed movie, ‘Rann’ starring Amitabh Bachchan on Saturday 20th March, just six weeks after its theatrical release.

The other Amitabh Bachchan blockbuster movie, the channel has lined up for Saturday 27th March at 21:30 is ‘Paa’. The film also stars Abhishek Bachchan and Vidya Balan and did wonders at the box office.

Both movies are being screened first and exclusively on STAR Plus UK.

In other movie news, STAR Plus will be holding a ‘Women’s Special’ movie season, with films being shown every Sunday night including, ‘Fashion’, ‘Jodha Akbar’, ‘Life In A Metro’ and ‘Jab We Met’.
