Star Plus India/UK will be premiering ‘Chhapaak’ this month, its been confirmed.
The film starring Deepika Padukone, is directed by Meghna Gulzar and is based on the trials and triumphs of Malti, an acid attack survivor.
From the investigation of the attack to the court proceedings, the medical treatment to the emotional healing. ‘Chhapaak’ is the story of the unquashable human spirit.
‘Chhapaak’ will premiere on the following dates:
India: Sunday 22nd March at 20:00
UK: Sunday 29th March at 20:00
