STAR Plus searches for its ‘Perfect Bride’

STAR Plus UK is readying the launch of its new reality show called ‘The Perfect Bride’, which kicks off on the channel later this month.

The concept of the show is adapted from an international show of the same name. The similar show has worked well in Turkey and Italy. The concept of the show is about a mother-son pair looking out for a perfect girl. Five pairs of Mother-Son will begin the show with 10 prospective brides to be.

Bollywood beauty Amrita Rao has been taken in as the panel of mentors with Malaika Arora Khan and Shekhar Suman. Megha Gupta and Vishal Malhotra anchor the show.

The show also has an audience voting system and an eviction process.

The series will end with a grand wedding with the consent of both the parties with a grand prize worth Rs 25 lakhs to the winning couple.

‘The Perfect Bride’ airs on STAR Plus UK from Saturday 26th September. Saturday – Sunday at 21:00 and Monday -Friday at 22:30.
