Star Plus’ primetime fictions to run seven days a week

Star Plus has officially announced that it will run its fictions throughout the week, starting Sunday, 2nd October 2022. The channel is synonymous with quality storytelling and delivering the best, chart-topping shows for several years now and with this initiative viewers will get to watch their favourite shows on Star Plus all seven days of the week. This fresh content approach by Star Plus, is a step towards breaking the norm and introducing new and improved ways of screening content on television.

Speaking on the development, a Star Plus spokesperson said, “We understand the pulse of our viewers and continue to bring best-in-class entertainment to them. Our shows and iconic characters enjoy immense popularity and fans want to engage more with our stories and characters and what better way to do so than have a seven day programming.”

All the primetime shows of the channel which have been airing six days of the week, will now reach the viewers seven days of the week, these include favourites like ‘Anupama’, ‘Imlie’, ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’, ‘Banni Chow Home Delivery’, ‘Pandya Store’, ‘Rajjo’, ‘Anandibaa aur Emily’, among others. Viewers now have the opportunity to watch their preferred actors, right from Rupali Ganguly aka ‘Anupama’, Gaurav Khanna aka Anuj Kapadia, Sudhanshu Pandey aka Vanraj, Neil Bhatt aka Virat and Ayesha Singh aka Sai from ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’, Pranali Rathod aka Akshara from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, and more all through the week.
