Star Plus’ ‘Namah’ faces axe?

Star Plus is going back into revamp mode with the likes of ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ and ‘Sanjivani’ soon to bid farewell to viewers. It now has been revealed that the mythological series ‘Namah’ could be the next to face the axe.

The show, which has struggled in UK ratings since it launched in September, has not made much headway in India either. IWM Buzz reports that the show could be wrapped up in December or January due to the poor ratings.

The show has undergone a few changes, with Tarun Khanna taking on the role of Shiv. He told the publication, “I have not got any official notification of the same, so will continue to put in my best.”

He added, “Had the makers also changed the presentation of the story, rather than just replacing actors and story board, it might have helped.”
