Star Plus has completed two years with BARB (Broadcasters Audience Research Board-UK�۪s television audience measurement), most of the time being rated as the number one Asian TV broadcaster in the UK.

Since going live on BARB in 2010, Star Plus has remained the number one of all current Asian channels on BARB in terms of weekly reach and the number one of all Asian channels in terms of viewership.

In addition, Star Plus has consistently been in the top 50 of all UK channels on BARB and in the top 10 of all UK pay channels, with a weekly reach of over 1 million since January 2012.

In light of the viewership it commands, Star Plus has had a huge increase in the number of mainstream brands advertising on the channel since going live on BARB in 2010 (over 700 brands over the last two years).
