STAR Plus axes ‘Mitwa – Phool Kamal Ke’

STAR Plus has decided to axe its underperforming show, ‘Mitwa – Phool Kamal Ke’ at the end of this month.

A source informed TellyChakkar, “The show never enjoyed success and has always been a slow-runner in the race with the show airing at the same time-slot on the rival channels. It registered its highest when Vineet Raina and Malini Kapoor�۪s track was introduced but it seems the channel isn�۪t too happy with the development and has finally decided to pull of the show. The buzz is that Sphere Origin�۪s Tere Mere Sapne, which again has been a dampener, will come in place of Mitwa and Hats Off�۪s tentatively-titled Four Sisters, will take Tere Mere Sapne’s slot. These changes are expected to happen by this month-end.”
