Star Parivaar Live in London postponed to May 2014?

Star TV has postponed its annual Star Parivaar Live event to May 2014, BizAsia can reveal.

The star-studded event, which was expected to take place at London’s Wembley Arena next month, will now take place in May.

Late last year, Rajan Singh, Executive Vice President of International Business for Star TV tweeted that the Star Parivaar Live event was being held in February this year. However, with only weeks to go, the broadcaster has yet to commence publicity.It is now known that the event has been pushed back until May 2014, with an official announcement by Star TV expected in the coming days.

Star Parivaar Live will consist of talent from its popular shows, however, names of actors attending are yet to be formally announced.

Star Parivaar Live was last held in Birmingham in 2012 and was hailed a raging success.

Star TV refused to comment on the story but said details will be shared soon.
