Star One UK to roll out four new shows

Star One UK, which has been in revamp mode for the past few weeks, will be rolling out four new shows in the coming weeks.

Starting from Monday 25th October, Ekta Kapoor’s much awaited ‘Twilight’ inspired drama, ‘Pyar Kii Yeh Ek Kahani’ will launch in the 20:30 slot.

Then on Monday 8th November, Star One will launch romantic drama ‘Yeh Ishq Haaye’ starring Yashdeep Nain and Raunaq Ahuja.

Also in November, the channel will launch ‘Dhoondh Legi Manzil’ in the 21:00 slot from Monday 22nd November. The story is about an ordinary girl who ends up leading a truly extraordinary life. A girl who falls in love only to have that love rudely snatched away. A girl who finds in her the strength and conviction to stand for what she believes in, irrespective of the consequences. It is about a girl who was determined to control her own destiny��_ because she knew that if she didn�۪t, somebody else would.

The fourth launch will be ‘Tamanna’, tentatively to launch on Monday 29th November. ‘Tamanna’ is about the idealistic father ��� a proud member of the police force, committed to his job and more importantly, to his family. It is about the calm and collected mother, a teacher who believes in leading by example, the glue that holds the family together. It is also about Amrita, Aditi and Kunal; the typical siblings, where they are inseparable one minute and at each other�۪s throats the next.
