Star Gold lines up ‘Ekk Deewana Tha’ in April

With TV channels quick to broadcast movies after their theatrical release, Star Gold is continuing with this trend by scheduling ‘Ekk Deewana Tha’ as its big premiere in April.

The romantic movie starring Prateik Babbar and Amy Jackson, released last month. ‘Ekk Deewana Tha’ is a remake of Gautham Menon’s own 2010 Tamil blockbuster classic, ‘Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa’, which was simultaneously shot into Telugu as ‘Ye Maaya Chesave’ in 2010, featuring soundtrack and film score composed by AR Rahman.

The film, produced by Fox Star Studios, a subsidiary of Hollywood studio 20th Century Fox , Photon Kathaas and R.S. Infotainment.

‘Ekk Deewana Tha’ will be shown on Star Gold on Sunday 22nd April at 20:00.
