Star channels join TalkTalk’s YouView

Star TV’s four channels Star Plus, Star Gold, Star Life OK and Star Jalsha have today launched on TalkTalk.

Customers can upgrade to ‘Star TV Boost’ which offers Bollywood movies and a range of popular reality shows – including ‘Masterchef India’, ‘Come Dine With Me’ and ‘Nach Baliye’ – for �5 per month.

TalkTalk’s YouView users can simply bolt Star TV on to their existing broadband package, allowing access to all four channels.

Customers are able to add or remove TV boosts on a monthly basis, allowing them to customise their own YouView experience.

Last week Star Plus became the first Asian TV channel in the UK to launch on the popular Sky Digital mobile phone app, Sky Go.

Sony TV and ZEE TV are already available on TalkTalk via another upgrade option – ‘Asian TV Boost’ for �10 per month.
