Star Bharat’s ‘Meri Gudiya’ not returning after lockdown

The results from the coronavirus lockdown are starting to emerge, with TV channels and producers making the difficult decision on whether low-performing shows will return or not.
IWM Buzz reports that ‘Meri Gudiya’, which was at its pinnacle stage prior to the lockdown, will not be returning on-air . The show starring Gaurav S Bajaj and Aalisha Panwar, is following ‘Kartik Purnima’ also on the channel, by not coming back.
A source told the publication, “Meri Gudiya will not return once the shoot resumes. The channel has taken the decision of ending the show.”
