Star Bharat to air ‘Savdhaan India – Special Crime Series’ this month

Star Bharat is launching the new series of its flagship show ‘Savdhaan India’.

The series has been instrumental in educating and alerting society about India’s most shocking crimes for over seven years now. The upcoming ‘Special Crime Series’ is a specially created five-part series titled ‘Special Crime Series’, which goes on-air from Monday 29th July. The series will showcase one story a week that spans over five days. All the Special Crimes Series stories deal with heinous crimes where the stakes are higher, elevating suspense to nail-biting endings.

‘Savdhaan India – Special Crime Series’ begins with ‘Chausar’ a nail-biting episode of betrayal and vengeance starring Sukirti Kandpal in the lead role along with the talented Papiya Sengupta who will be seen portraying the character of a matriarch.

A dystopian Mumbai that is about to get disconnected from the rest of the country by innocent youngsters in ‘Aatank’ to a tale of a woman committing a murder to safeguard her family who were held hostage in ‘Drohkaal’. Chausar, Aatank and Drohkaal produced by Big Synergy are set to keep the audience on the edge of its seat with its thrilling plots.

‘Nehle Pe Dehla’ produced by Franklin Pictures Company is a story which revolves around enmity, love and lust between two con women, starring Sakshi Pradhan.

And for the first time on Indian television the popular crime series has gone abroad with ‘Honeymoon Travels PVT LTD’ produced by Hoop Entertainment. The story has been shot in Thailand and revolves around a group of travelers on their honeymoon and their unnerving experience in a foreign country.
