Star Bharat set to launch new mythological series ‘Bhagwaan Parashuraam’

Star Bharat has announced the launch of ‘Bhagwaan Parashuraam’.

The series stars Vishal Aditya Singh, who will play the titular role. It also stars Ishita Ganguly and Navina Bole.

‘Bhagwaan Parashuraam’ revolves around Lord Parashuraam, the sixth avatar of Lord Vishnu.

Talking about the series, Singh said, “India has deep roots in mythology, and the Indian entertainment industry has brought forth some amazing stories. While we are familiar with Lord Vishnu’s tales, his avatars are less known.”

He further said: “As a spiritual person, when the opportunity to play ‘Lord Parashuraam’ came my way, I was excited to delve into the unexplored. The show will not only entertain viewers but also takes them on a deep dive into the lesser-known backstory of this powerful entity. I am excited to be a part of this as it aims to bring viewers closer to Indian history and culture.”

‘Bhagwaan Parashuraam’ will premiere on Tuesday 20th February. In the UK, it will air on Utsav Bharat at 20:30.
