SRK will not be face of Apple in India

Recently, BizAsia reported that Apple was going to be appointing none other than Shah Rukh Khan as brand ambassador and an announcement would be following in a few months time. However, it seems the report was false.

According to ANI, it seems Apple has no such plans and doesn’t need a brand ambassador in the sub-continent. The initial report in PC Tablet suggested that Khan would be roping in his production company Red Chillies Entertainment has part of the bran endorsement deal.

Apple CEO Tim Cook was recently hosted by Khan in a lavish set of events in Mumbai and it seems the reports may have stemmed from there.
