SRK tops Forbes India celebrity 100 list

Shah Rukh Khan has topped the Forbes India’s celebrity 100 list for the second consecutive year – making him the most powerful celebrity in India.

The list also included Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif along with cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar and India cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

While some of the cricketers were ahead of the Bollywood king in terms of scoring, SRK beat them on earnings.

The list is complied on measuring money (earnings estimates) and fame. Filmstars – all male, with the exception of Katrina Kaif, who is on number nine – dominate the Top 10 in 2013.

Dhoni moved up from third place last year, to second this year. Salman has slipped to third, followed by Tendulkar and Bachchan.
