SRK to headline Star TV’s Hyde Park gig

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has been confirmed as the first celebrity to headline Star TV’s huge outdoor event at London’s Hyde Park in July.

The event, which was confirmed on BizAsia earlier this month will mark 100 years of Indian cinema. It will be the first gig of its kind in the UK organised by a TV broadcaster and that too on such a lavish scale. It will also be the first time that London’s iconic Hyde Park ground will be used for a Bollywood concert.

Star TV will be announcing further details of the event and more stars this week at a press conference.

The event will be held at Hyde Park on Tuesday 10th July. Ticket details will become public this week.
