SRK talks about forthcoming projects

SRK, Abram - Eid 2016 340x

Shah Rukh Khan invited the media to celebrate Eid with him today at Mannat. The actor shared information about his forthcoming projects during the time, including Imtiaz Ali’s, Aanand L Rai’s and Aditya Chopra’s next; all of which he has been linked to. The actor went to greet fans with his youngest son, AbRam.

According to DNA, Khan revealed, “I am starting two films. I had to take a small break because of my knee. And now because it’s raining, it’s paining as well. I am starting Imtiaz Ali’s film with Anushka towards the end of August. Anushka was busy with Sultan and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil so we pushed the film’s schedule a bit. We start that. Post that, sometime in November, I start Aanand Rai’s film which has not been cast yet. Along with that, I am in talks with a lot of people with whom I am discussing. They’re all great directors, great friends of mine but they haven’t been confirmed yet. Imtiaz Ali’s film isn’t based on Guide. Aanand Rai’s film has not been cast yet but yes, I do play a dwarf in the film.”

On Chopra’s next, Khan also added, “I also read something about it on the net. We have been discussing few things with each other for a year now. But they aren’t the same as it’s being written about.”

Khan was asked whether he is now trying to make a decision to play roles closer to his age, to which he replied, “I played a 26-year-old in ‘Fan’. It depends on the role. I should be playing age now as a character. I should not think I am 26 year old and not believe I am a 26 year old. I look 26, feel 26 and I am sexy as 26, but I should play as a character.”

Khan also commented that he hadn’t seen Salman Khan starrer ‘Sultan’ as yet but that he would let Salman and Aamir Khan wrestle on the big screen but that he would be sticking to romance. Aamir’s next ‘Dangal’ will see him playing a wrestler.

Khan has also recently wrapped up Gauri Shinde’s next in which he will be seen sharing the screen with Alia Bhatt.
