SRK opens up about rumours of IPL ending

There have been endless rumours surrounding the future of the Indian Premier League, with some suggesting that the next edition scheduled for 5th April 2017, may be held outside India.

Shah Rukh Khan has waded into the debate, who’s team Kolkata Knight Riders has been performing well since the tournament started. In an interview with Mid-Day, Khan said, “I don’t think IPL will fold up. I think the information is incorrect. Because if that’s going to happen, I need to run away from this interview and look into the matter.”

Khan added, “It was a love for the game that made me invest time and money. We will never sell KKR.”
