SRK not keen on biopic being made on his life
Biopics are a new flavour that Bollywood has been keen on for some time. However, as one of the most well-known and loved actors of the industry, Shah Rukh Khan has said that he would not like to see such a film made on his life.
���I am for biopics. I would love to do one if I suit the role. But if you are asking me if I want someone to make a biopic on me, I�۪d say no! I will be very honest. It is very awkward to think of myself as so important that I should play me on screen! As a matter of fact, my personal life is so unimportant that I would never allow a Shah Rukh Khan to star in it. I would rather say to myself, ��Tum bohut baade star ho, Itne chhote aadmi ke life ke baare mein hum tumko nahi le sakta�۪(Laughs) I would never get cast to play my own life because I don�۪t think my life is so important or interesting,� said Khan in recent interview with DNA.
The actor added, ���You have Amitji, Kishore Kumarji, Lataji, Mohd Rafi saab, Guru Dutt, Raj Kapoorsaab, Dilip Kumar saab, Yash ��� there are so many people that you can write about, stories which are more interesting and more pertinent to the film industry than mine. I am too small a person to have a film made about my life�.
Khan is currently shooting for Maneesh Sharma�۪s ��Fan�۪ which is a Yash Raj Films production.
