SRK-Katrina Kaif to romance in Kashmir?
Yash Chopra’s upcoming untitled release continues to make headlines. According to a news article in the Times of India, the latest on the film is that Yash Raj Films are planning to shoot one of the final schedules of their most anticipated release in the troubled, yet beautiful valleys of Kashmir.
Yash Raj Films recently visited Kashmir to hunt for potential locations.
“People from the production house had come in April to do a recce for their upcoming film shoot. They checked out various places like Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Nishat Bagh, Dal Lake and Char Chinari. They even spoke to various officials to understand the necessary formalities to execute a film shoot here. People here have already heard that SRK��is going to visit the area tentatively in mid-August. There’s a lot of excitement about it,” said a source.
A representative at YRF on their part confirmed the development: “We are considering Kashmir as an option. However, we have not taken a final decision yet.”
Major chunks of the film have already been shot at Yash Raj’s own studio and at various locations across London (mainly Canary Wharf to be precise).
With music by maestro A.R. Rahman and lyrics by Gulzar, the as yet unnamed film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in principal roles and is scheduled to release this Diwali.
