SRK & John Abraham’s YRF project ‘Pathan’ to start in January 2021?

Yash Raj Films is gearing up for its huge 50th anniversary announcement later this month, with one huge film starring Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham, being among one of the exciting new projects.

The film titled ‘Pathan’ will be helmed by Siddharth Anand and will bankrolled by Yash Raj Films. According to PeepingMoon, the project will go on the floors in January 2021 and be wrapped up by July, for a release in late 2021. Abraham is expected to join Khan on the sets around April after he completes work on ‘Satyameva Jayate 2’.

This would be Khan and Abraham’s first film together. What makes the project even more exciting is the news that ‘Pathan’ is likely to see Deepika Padukone take on the female lead. Khan and Padukone have previously starred in three projects including ‘Om Shanti Om’, ‘Happy New Year’ and ‘Chennai Express’.
