Shah Rukh Khan, who started his acting career in theater and on the small screen, has clearly been the most successful transition from television to cinema. Khan feels he needs to attain as much success on television now, as that is where he started his journey.

“I’m also the only guy who came from films to television and hasn’t succeeded again. So I need to succeed at TV because that’s where it all started. With all due respect to ‘KBC’ and ‘Paanchvi Paas’ and ‘Wipeout’, I don’t think I have been able to recreate the magic of ‘Fauji’ or ‘Dariya Dil’ or ‘Umeed’ or ‘Wagle Ki Duniya’ or ‘Circus’ again,” the actor expressed toDNA India.

Khan who is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film, Maneesh Sharma’s ‘Fan’, is also shooting for his return to television. He will be hosting a quiz show by the name of ‘India Poochega Sabse Shaana Kaun’, which is an adaptation of the Israeli show, ‘Who’s Asking?’.
