SRK lands in controversy again
SRK lands in controversy again

Shah Rukh Khan seems to be getting himself into a lot of trouble lately. After the row at The Wankhede Stadium and the incidents that followed, the actor has now landed himself in court for insulting India’s national flag.

Avideo which was uploaded onto Youtube shows Khan flying the flag upside down causing huge uproarfrom officials. The complaint was filed from Ravindra Brahme, National Secretary, Lokjanshakti party who, as reported by Mid-Day, stated, “We have decided to start a movement against people who show disrespect to the Indian flag and if we find such people, we will start registering complaints against them without thinking of their stature,In SRK۪s case, I was surfing the net and on one website I found some pictures in which he was waving the Indian flag in Mumbai…he ignored the fact that saffron colour was at the bottom and the green colour was on top.”

Subhash Nikam, Police Inspector, Chatushringi police station, explained, “We have registered the case against Shah Rukh Khan under the relevant sections of the Prevention of Insult to National Honour (Amendment) Act on August 14 after Brahme approached us.” He went on to say how the case has been forwarded to the Mumbai police where further investigations will take place.

How Khan will get out of this one is yet to be figured out butlet us hope he’s a little bit more careful next time.
