SRK & Akshay Kumar in Forbes 2016 rich list

Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar have made it into the Forbes 2016 annual list.

According to The Indian Express, American singer Taylor Swift was on top with an earning of USD 170 million. However, further down the list was Bollywood’s King Khan with earnings of USD 33 million, while Kumar was in 94th position (down from 76 last year) with USD 31.5 million. Surprisingly, no other Bollywood stars made it into the list.

Forbes said that Khan ���continues to rule Bollywood�۪s box office�۝ with lead roles in hit films and also earns multimillion dollars upfront fees and a cut of the back end for his efforts. ���He also cashes in on endorsement deals for dozens of brands most Americans have likely never heard of.”
