SRK�۪s idea to tone down romance in ��Happy New Year�۪?

With the promo of Farah Khan�۪s ��Happy New Year�۪ creating quite a buzz since it was revealed last week, it is quite clear that the film will not focus on a love track between Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, despite the duo�۪s chemistry having been raved about in their last film, ��Chennai Express�۪ (2013).�� Apparently this was Shah Rukh Khan�۪s idea as he wanted the focus to remain on the caper side of the story.

���He wanted Farah to focus on the caper.�� He made her tone down the romantic element with Deepika to focus on the caper aspect of the script,�۝ a source told Absolute India.

Apparently, though attraction between Khan and Padukone�۪s characters will be hinted at, there will be no romance as such.

��Happy New Year�۪ is slated for a Diwali release on 2nd October.�� The film also stars Abhishek Bachchan and Boman Irani.
