Officials at the General Department of Forensic Evidence in Dubai have confirmed that an autopsy into Sridevi’s death is now complete.

Khaleej Times reports that Sridevi will remain in UAE tonight, before her body is flown back to India. The news was confirmed in a statement released earlier from the Kapoor family.

The report adds that laboratory tests, immigration procedures, administrative protocols, embalming and paper-work at the prosecutor’s office are still pending and should be complete by morning.

The funeral is expected to take place on Monday around early afternoon at Pawan Hans in Juhu, Ville Parle, Mumbai.
