Sridevi & Shashi Kapoor to be honoured at New York Indian Film Festival

Sridevi and Shashi Kapoor will be honoured at the New York Indian Film Festival, which takes place in May.

As a part of the remembrance activities, Sridevi’s 2012 hit ‘English Vinglish’ will be screened, while Kapoor’s ‘Shakespeare Wallah’ and ‘Heat and Dust’ will also form the line-up.

The festival open up on 7th May with ‘Nude’, a Marathi language film directed by Ravi Jadhav. The film festival will end with the screening of Hansal Mehta’s ‘Omerta’ starring Rajkummar Rao, on 12th May.
