Sridevi & Jhanvi Kapoor to star together in ‘Mr India 2’?

Much has been reported about the sequel of the 80s classic ‘Mr India’ (1987), with latest reports suggesting original star, Sridevi will appear in the movie along with daughter, Jhanvi Kapoor.

Deccan Chronicle reports that Ravi Udyawar, who was behind ‘Mom’ earlier this year, will helm ‘Mr India 2’. He is reportedly keen to cast Sridevi and Kapoor together for the much awaited movie.

A source told the publication, “There are two pairs of leads in Mr India 2. While Anil Kapoor and Sridevi will reprise the roles that they played in the first film, there will be a new pair. Jhanvi is likely to play the young female lead.”

Kapoor is rumoured to be making her debut with ‘Student Of The Year 2’ but an official announcement is awaited.
