Spokesperson denies Akshay Kumar’s detainment at Heathrow

Earlier today BizAsia reported that Akshay Kumar was held at Heathrow Airport in London, after failing to present a valid visa to enter the country. A spokesperson has since denied any truth in those reports.

The actor’s spokesperson released a statement which, according to Pinkvilla, said, “Akshay kumar was not detained at Heathrow airport. He is already shooting for Rustom in London. He was at immigration for barely two minutes, after which he left the airport”.

Reports had suggested that the actor was detained by immigration officials for over an hour.
