SPN to launch new music channel, Sony Rox HD

Sony Pictures Networks has announced the launch of its new HD music channel called Sony Rox HD.

The channel, with the tagline ‘Music, Melody, Madhoshi’ is set to go on air in India on Monday 16th January 2017. As described by the channel, it will be a “true blue HD Hindi music channel.” Furthermore, its Facebook page has used the hashtag #MusicKiNayiAwaaz.

Sony Rox HD will be the network’s second Hindi music channel after Sony Mix. However, the latter broadcasts in standard definition.
