SPN renews deal to air Caribbean Premier League

Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) has renewed its deal to broadcast the Caribbean Premier League for the third consecutive year.

The series, which consists of cricket stars includes Chris Gayle, AB De Villiers, Brendon McCullum and Dwayne Bravo. It kicks off on 30th June up until 8th August 2016.

In India, the tournament will be shown live and exclusively on Sony Six.

SPNI president, distribution and sports business Rajesh Kaul said, ���India has always been receptive to the dynamic format of T20 cricket, and we are excited to broadcast the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) for the third consecutive time. The CPL showcases some of the biggest talent on the cricketing stage and promises to be a treat for the cricket fans in India. Furthermore, fans can catch the action on the go on our digital platform Sony LIV.�۝
