Apparently filmmaker Nikhil Advani has finished shooting the first half of his upcoming film, ��Hero�۪, and recently held a special screening for producer Salman Khan, as well as for the parents of newcomers Athiya Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi.
���Salman appreciated the effort put in by the young actors.�� He seemed to be quite happy with the way the film is shaping up,� a source told Mid Day.
��Hero�۪ will see Suniel Shetty�۪s daughter, Athiya Shetty, enact the role of a talkative, bubbly girl, along the lines of Kareena Kapoor Khan�۪s character in ��Jab We Met�۪ (2007).�� Sooraj Pancholi�۪s character is of a conventional macho hero, who speaks much less.
The film is a remake of Subhash Ghai�۪s ��Hero�۪ (1983), which launched Jackie Shroff.�� It is slated to release later this year.
