Debutant’s Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty have kept a relatively low-profile, considering their big Bollywood launch later this year in Salman Khan Films’ ‘Hero’. The film’s director, Nikhil Advani, says this has been a conscious decision.
IANS quote Advani as saying, “There is no specific reason for his absence. There is always a strategy in place and due to this strategy they (Sooraj, Athiya) haven’t come (out) much. When the music is launched they’ll come in front of the media.”
‘Hero’ will be the second film to release under the Salman Khan Films banner, after the record-breakingsuccess of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ (2015).
The film is a remake of Subhash Ghai’s 1983 hit of the same title, which had launched the Bollywood career of veteran actor Jackie Shroff.
