Sooraj Pancholi admits difficultly in securing work in Bollywood

Sooraj Pancholi has had a fairly turbulent time during his new career in Bollywood. He made his debut back in 2015 with ‘Hero’ opposite Athiya Shetty before following up with ‘Satellite Shankar’ (2019).

However, since then, he had admitted that after his name was dragged into the Jiah Khan suicide case from seven years ago, he has found it tough to find new acting roles, reports Times of India.

With the case still going on, Pancholi said that very few people were interested in approaching him for any projects, and that he had struggled to get work because there was no closure in the case even after all these years. He went on to say that he has no other option but to remain positive and hope for the best.

After Sushant Singh Rajput’s death earlier this year, Pancholi also admitted that his mother, star Zarina Wahab, had spoken to him and told him never to keep anything inside his heart, but talk to his parents. He admitted his inclination to be an introvert makes him remain quiet and keep things within, much to the worry of his parents.
