Sony TV UK to air ‘Shark Tank India’ instead of ‘Celebrity MasterChef India’
For the second consecutive year, Sony TV UK will not air the cookery reality show ‘MasterChef India’ due to a rights issue.
Instead, the upcoming season of ‘Celebrity MasterChef India,’ premiering in India on Monday, 27th January, will be replaced on Sony TV UK with new episodes of ‘Shark Tank India.’ Notably, the business reality show is currently streaming exclusively on SonyLIV in India without a linear telecast.
With limited original programming, Sony TV UK has scheduled ‘Shark Tank India’ to fill the gap, airing weekdays from 19:30 to 21:00. ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ will retain its 21:00 slot, followed by a repeat telecast of ‘Shark Tank India.’
