Sony TV to bring back ‘Indian Idol Junior’

Sony Entertainment Television Asia is set to bring back its huge reality TV show ‘Indian Idol Junior’ this summer.

The show, which will see teenagers from across India vie for the winning title, is expected to air after the Indian Premier League.

Sony TV Programming Head, Ajay Bhalwankar, told Telly Buzz, “Yes, we have scheduled Indian Idol Juniors post the IPL. We had come with its previous season and it got a brilliant response, now there is tremendous pressure for coming back with season two. We hope it too does work superbly.”
