Sony TV snaps up India rights of US reality show ‘Shark Tank India’


Sony Entertainment Television has acquired the India rights of hit US reality show ‘Shark Tank India’.

The broadcaster shared the first promo of the show today. ‘Shark Tank India’ like the US version, will see some entrepreneurs selected to make business presentations to a panel of five investors. These investors are known as sharks, who will eventually decide whether to invest in their company or not. The new promo calls for entrepreneurs to register for the reality show.

Sony TV recently also snatched the popular reality show ‘India’s Got Talent’ from rival, Colors.
