Sony TV confirms end of ‘Haasil’

Sony Entertainment Television has confirmed that it will be ending ‘Haasil’ next week.

As revealed on BizAsiaLive.com , the thriller will be pulled off air on Friday 23rd February due to a poor response in ratings.

The show, which marked the debut of Bollywood star Zayed Khan on television, launched in October. Even though the fiction was always meant to be a finite series, the ending seems premature.

The channel is not planning to replace the slot with anything new. Existing shows may be shown in longer slots to fill the vacant 30 minutes.
