Sony snaps up Bangla vs Zimbabwe cricket

Sony Entertainment Television Asia has announced its latest cricket property – the live and exclusive telecast of this week’s Bangladesh and Zimbabwe cricket.

The two nations go head to head in a contest which is sure to excite cricketing fans from both nations and beyond.

Sony’s deal includes the UK and Europe telecast of five One Day Internationals starting this Thursday (30th November).

Nilam Panchal, Vice President of International Business commented, “Yet again we are pleased to have added even more cricket in 2006 and I am sure the series will be a great viewing spectacle.”

Programming this festive season includes the ‘Sony Entertainment Television Sports Personality of the Year Awards’ and coming soon the ‘5 A-Side Football Championships’.

Follow the five One Day Internationals and watch Mluleki Nkala mark his return to international cricket and see if Habibul Bashar�۪s side will overcome the young Zimbabwean team.

1st ODI – Khulna, 30th November 2006
2nd ODI – Bogra, 3rd December 2006
3rd ODI – Bogram, 5th December 2006
4th ODI – Fatullah, 8th December 2006
5th ODI – Fatullah, 9th December 2006
