SAB TV reappoints Markand Adhikari as Chairman and MD

SAB TV has reappointed Markand Adhikari as Chairman and Managing Director.

In a notification to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the network announced that its Board of Directors has approved a proposal to increase the company’s Authorized Share Capital from Rs 48.50 crore to Rs 56.40 crore, pending shareholder approval.

Adhikari, who possesses over 37 years of experience in the Media & Entertainment industry, will assume his role on 18th August 2024.
